Omningage and Sycurio join forces to deliver better payment experiences to AWS customers
Sycurio™, the leading provider of seamless and secure multi-channel payment experiences for contact centers, today announced a global partnership with Omningage, the world’s most innovative customer engagement platform for Amazon Connect. Using the Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP), Omningage’s customers will have access to both Sycurio’s Voice and Digital solutions and be able to take advantage of intuitive payment interfaces that make it possible to securely transact in every channel, including voice, SMS, email, messaging and chat.
