HealthPay24 signs channel partner master agreement to bring semafone’s world leading payment security capabilities to hospitals and healthcare providers

Partnership combines Semafone’s security and compliance capabilities with HeathPay24’s expertise in cloud-based patient payment technologies

BOSTON, MA – October 14, 2021 – Semafone®, the leading provider of data security and compliance solutions for call and contact centers, today announced a channel reseller partnership with HealthPay24, a veteran in patient financial engagement solutions.

By welcoming Semafone to HealthPay24’s channel portfolio, the company will enhance its ability to seamlessly capture patient payments, non-patient general ledger (GL), and retail items through a single integrated platform with Semafone’s market-leading Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance and data security products. In turn, the reseller partnership will give more hospitals, dental groups, physician groups, medical billing and healthcare providers handling omnichannel transactions easy access to Semafone’s award-winning solutions, helping them deliver a secure and frictionless experience to their patients.

The shared relationship with Epic will make it possible for providers to adopt and deploy Semafone solutions quickly, enabling seamless activation experiences and enhanced data protection.
