With over 15 years of professional experience spanning legal and HR disciplines, Najat Anks brings a unique, process-driven perspective to Sycurio’s Human Resources operations. Her career began in civil litigation and employment law, where she advocated for both companies and employees—experience that informs her pragmatic and empathetic approach to workplace culture.

At Sycurio, Najat leads strategic HR transformation, with a focus on designing resilient processes that scale, reduce friction, and support seamless onboarding, and day-to-day people operations. Her mission is to build an HR function that runs efficiently, empowers employees, and enhances the overall employee experience—whether through smarter systems, stronger workflows, or proactive stakeholder engagement.

Prior to Sycurio, Najat held roles at global organizations including Bank of America, BAE Systems, and SaaS firm Harmonic, where she refined her expertise in scalable HR models. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in HR Management, and draws on her background in Employment Law to champion fair, compliant, and people-first HR practices that align with both business goals and regulatory standards.
