With more than 15 years of experience in project delivery, customer operations, and service leadership, Sean brings a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, executing complex technology deployments, and driving operational excellence.

At Sycurio, Sean is responsible for customer delivery strategy and execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with a relentless focus on quality and customer satisfaction. He is passionate about building scalable delivery organizations that balance exceptional customer experiences with strong business performance, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Before joining Sycurio, Sean served as Head of Delivery for Enterprise at Onecom, where he led strategic delivery teams responsible for high-value customer projects across complex communications and technology environments. During his tenure, he focused on optimizing delivery operations, enhancing customer experience, and aligning project execution with business growth objectives. Prior to Onecom, Sean spent more than a decade at Olive Communications, progressing through a variety of project management and leadership roles, including Head of Projects, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and implemented continuous improvement programs that enhanced both delivery quality and operational efficiency.
