Craig McIntyre is a qualified Scots lawyer and serves as Sycurio’s Corporate Counsel, where he leads the company’s legal strategy across commercial, regulatory, and corporate functions. From negotiating complex commercial agreements to advising on compliance, risk management, and intellectual property matters, Craig plays a critical role in enabling Sycurio’s continued growth while safeguarding its legal integrity.

With over a decade of legal experience in the technology sector, Craig has developed a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities that fast-paced, high-growth businesses face.

He began his legal career at Skyscanner, the global travel tech company, before taking on a Senior Legal Counsel role at M Squared Lasers, a photonics and quantum computing manufacturer. This blend of experience across SaaS and hardware sectors enables Craig to bring a commercially minded, solutions-focused approach to legal leadership. Craig holds his law degree and practicing certificate from the University of Edinburgh.
