Prior to joining Sycurio, Mattia held senior product and technology leadership roles at Droit (now part of FIS), Zopa Bank, and HSBC Bank, where he guided teams through product transformation, technology modernization, and the delivery of high-performing digital solutions. His expertise spans product management, software engineering, cloud-native development, and operational excellence, with a focus on building solutions that are reliable, compliant, and easy for customers to adopt.
