Kamilla Wichmann serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Sycurio, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and organizational alignment. With more than 20 years of experience spanning business management, program leadership, operations, and account management, Kamilla brings a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution to high-growth technology organizations.

At Sycurio, Kamilla works alongside the CEO and senior leadership team to coordinate strategic priorities, manage business rhythms, support board engagement, and ensure alignment across key company initiatives. A trusted advisor and connector across functions, she helps turn strategy into action by providing visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities across the business. Kamilla is passionate about creating clarity, enabling collaboration, and fostering an environment where teams can perform at their best.

Before becoming Chief of Staff, Kamilla held leadership roles across program management and business operations at Sycurio, where she was responsible for managing executive operating cadences, leading company-wide initiatives, launching business systems and partner programs, and supporting go-to-market transformation. Prior to joining Sycurio, she served as Business Management Lead at Finastra and spent nearly 15 years at Microsoft in a range of operations, account management, and digital supply chain leadership roles, working across international markets and global cross-functional teams.
