A Certified Scrum Product Owner, Glen has built his career as an early adopter of CX self-service automation/AI solutions to create value added turnkey CX solutions, breaking down data silos, utilizing big data and models to optimize outcomes. He is passionate about transforming complex challenges into intuitive, user-centric products that deliver measurable business value. His expertise includes AI-powered customer engagement, omnichannel contact center solutions, CCaaS platforms, secure payment technologies, and enterprise integrations.

Prior to joining Sycurio, Glen held senior product leadership roles at leading customer experience technology providers including 8x8, Vonage, Cirrus Response, and TelXL. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the development and delivery of innovative cloud-based contact center solutions, helping organizations improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
